Rhode Islanders in ICE custody can call our number for a free legal intake. Our goal is to provide legal representation to all detained Rhode Islanders who cannot afford one. People with legal representation are more likely to win their deportation case. Rhode Islanders facing deportation are also targets of scam and fraud.
RIIRI seeks to provide protections for the most vulnerable.
Your donation to the Rhode Island Immigrant Rights Initiative (RIIRI) go to legal support, case expenses, funds for telephone calls and food for detained individuals, and support for those RIIRI clients released from ICE custody.
